That's the biggest load of bullshit I've seen.

Tells me kenne bell can't tune for shit!

No exhaust and no hp increase ? A hahahaha

No hp from headers? Bullshit!

1 3/4 primaries with a 2.9 blower!? What dumbass went with those after a blower install? 1 7/8 should have been installed.

So all I read in your post is BS
Yea you are probably correct, he has no frickin clue.:headbonk:

I did show the other test from another shop that did have a gain of 2HP and 14Lbs.:first:

You don't believe the numbers, that is fine. My point of the post was to answer the original posters question of if going "Catless" was better then full headers. Besides for being a Federal Crime, and MAYBE, 2+ HP is not worth the trade off.

In the end he rally doesn't give a shit, so it was a pointless question anyway.

Actually I was asking if there was enough benefit to warrant just removing the cats vs installing full headers. Interesting though that somehow you think I don't give a shit, I'm glad you have that insight into my thoughts.

In reality I am appreciative of the useful responses and will be doing full headers in a few months.

Yea I am talented that way.:D;) All I know about your thoughts is what is on the first page of this thread.

I am glad you have it sorted out and good luck with the headers, looks like you will have a few choices in manufactures in a few months.:headbang:

Go full exhaust. Do it once and get it right.

I have a muffler delete and Boss h pipe and I wish I would have done Roush exhaust. I am not changing it now because I will hopefully get a 15/16 in the next year or so.

The problem with these is 1 side cat is built into the exhaust manifold so cat deletes are out of the question. MAK makes a pipe but cutting and welding may be required.

If it was me, I would save up and do it all. It's a good 20-30hp increase and worth it when the time is right bud.
Looking into long tube headers and living in the worst state for fun (CA) are there any options out for high flow cats that can bolt onto long tube headers? Granted won't have to get emissions for awhile but still would hate to swap exhaust out just to get it to pass smog.
