I've always installed a passenger side JTL on my Mustangs because they have been tuned and modified. The new one is going to stay stock, with the exception of an H pipe. As such, will a catch can be a waste of money ?

Up to you. These cars don't need one, but if you install one you will likely see oil accumulate in it.

The engine on my 2020 PP1 is stock other than a passenger side jlt catch can. It catches oil for sure. I emptied out a few ounces last oil change. It certainly can't hurt.

Heh .............. Old habits ........... Just ordered one from JLT. Oil doesn't go to waste. I simply dump it into the fuel tank of the big tractor.

I get about a tablespoon or a hair more a month with just an h-pipe and a tune. That’s more than I’d want in the intake.

Just put breathers on both sides and cap off the manifold and intake pipe. No oil in manifold ever again!
