Cars booked on the TIJUCA (10th April 2016)

I'm also at the same stage. Delivered to the dealer's pre-delivery centre on 12/05/2016, but still no confirmation that they've received it. I rang this arvo to check, but my rep was out for the afternoon and no one else there would give me an answer. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Rang my Dealer at 4:45 pm.

He advised my car was not there, however it could be on a truck to be delivered first thing in the morning.

Again, the Prixcar web site has it shown as delivered today, 16/05/16.

Anyway, my car is a lot closer to being delivered compared to when I ordered it on the 10/06/15.

Hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel.

The Tijuca Brisbane ETA was May 8th,
Actually docked/in port May 9th,
At dealer for pre-delivery May 12th,
Hopefully collected May 18th?

Because we have the same dealer I'm trying to get a better feel for timeframes. Bet you won't sleep these next few nights!
I live close by so might sleep on their driveway the night before mine is delivered- just kidding.

Looks like I am one day behind you guys. Prixcar website shows that my car is "ready for dispatch" with an ETA for tomorrow 17th May 2016.

Yes to all but the collected date. Looking more like 20th or 23rd now due to the lack of confirmation they have received the car and started whatever detailing is required. I could be all :rant:about it, but I'm too excited now for that shit.

Well, you're definitely a few weeks tighter on your timing than me. My order date was 5th May 2015 with a delivered to dealer date of 12th May 2016. We've both been lucky in that regard though as we're well above the average.

That's really disappointing considering all the notice you gave them about moving to another state. It seems Dealer Delivery expenses mean so little these days in terms of expected service. Even my collection due this Friday wasn't organised till an hour ago when Metro Ford called me back. Of course they had the car since Friday, as I suspected. :frusty:

I watched this boat come into the bay and then the next day went down to Coffey Ford and they confirmed it had been unloaded from the boat. Because I work FIFO in WA I'm away from Melbourne at the moment and so been told my baby will be ready n waiting for me when I get back.

Hey kids, just to let you know the long wait is almost over for me! I'm based in Syd, my car was offloaded at Port Kembla on 12/5 & prix car had a delivery to City Ford of 19/5. I'm in Melb for work at the mo, back in Syd tomorrow night, so imagine my surprise when I got the call to say my Stang had arrived at the dealer today 17/5!! Finalising my paperwork tomorrow and should be picking up the car on Thur 19/5 - can't wait!! Got some pics from the dealer today but will wait until pick-up and grab some decent shots to share in here. Hopefully there's a few of you in Sydney who will be just as happy as I am come the weekend!!

Good news.

My Dealer rang this afternoon, (Wednesday), re my delivery.

I'm picking up my Pony next Tuesday.

Finally, after a 12 month wait, the end is in sight.

I have learnt so much from this Forum over the last 12 months.

Roll on Tuesday.
