How is it? How many k's did you do over the weekend? What's your favourite thing about it?
I love the colour, the shape, the sound - it's bloody fantastic! Only racked-up a couple of hundred kms - mostly taking people for a drive, or letting them have a drive (there is a long queue:))

Happy with the vast majority of the experience, although someone at PDI inexplicably decided to drill holes in my front and rear bumpers (and in strange locations). It's not a biggie, as my Lakin frames will cover the "handiwork". Obviously somebody misunderstood my request - it happens.
I told my dealer not to drill either (and handed him my bracket and showed him the instructions), but just in case they still drill, I found this as a solution - http://www.bumperplugs.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=1_11_78&product_id=78

I was apparently not as thorough in my instructions to the dealer as you FrozenPea, although I'm pretty sure the Lakin's will still attach as designed and cover the complimentary dealer holes.

I saw that bumperplugs product a while back, not once thinking that I could be a potential future customer.

Congratulations Drew. Looks amazing already even before the opti coat etc. My dealer has lent me a convertible ecoboost for a couple of days while they get my GT ready. I must say I'm suitably impressed with the ecoboost - heaps of power too.

Just had my first decent drive in my new toy, travelled from Melbourne to Warrnambool via the Great Ocean Rd, what can I say, absolutely fantastic through all of the twisty bits of the ocean rd. Can't get the smile off my dial.
Have tried to post a few photos but having trouble uploading, will try when I get home.:D:D:first:
