Car waiting woes

My car had a blend date of 12/20. Dealer confirmed it was built and just at the trim stage now last Thursday. I am sure due to holidays and such things are delayed. I went from a 12/24 est. delivery to 12/31 now 1/3. Still listed as "in production" on the tracking website, but I also know that is not always updated timely (apparently) so it could mean nothing.

Cleveland is about 2 1/2 hours from Flat Rock or so, luckily.

Just 7 more days! (maybe)

Good point! I just got updated this morning that the car is waiting for shipping now. So you are right, and the wait won't be too much longer!

I got an update over the weekend that the car is delayed in shipping. Won't have it for probably 10-14 more days, if I am lucky!

Classic Ford in Mentor OH! Still waiting on shipping, estimate is now 7 days again but it still hasn't marked as shipped. I'm only about 2 1/2 hours away so shipping shouldn't take too long.

Was it due to weather or maybe the truck needs to be fully loaded and they are waiting for a car?

I think somewhere there are numbers to call for the trucking etc?

Anyway, it is only 7 days.

It just changed to 13 days now. Ha!

It does not tell me what part of shipping it's waiting for or why, it only says "waiting for shipping". I assumed they'd load it by train but I guess it makes some sense that they'd truck it a two and a half hour drive?

That is great news! Post some pics when you get it. I like how they try to direct your attention to "Ford Accessories". Sort of like going to Disney and after almost every ride ending up in a store.

Yeah that is a nice sales tactic!

Here are some pictures! I went to the Boulevard of 500 flags because they usually have 500 American flags there, and it would be American as hell in these pics, but the flags were all down. :(
