So I noticed the last couple of days that my car is taking longer to start. I push the clutch, push the start button and it takes probably an extra second and a half to start. It kind of makes a little whine.

I recently got a tune put on and I switched a few times trying to figure out if I had my FF tune on.

Could it be that's low on battery or anybody else experience this?

So yes...mine got resolved. His sounds like a different issue, I have seen on here people running straight E85 can have some hard start issues. My issue was sequencing of start button/clutch pedal...switch went bad.
For your battery , what is your voltage reading? My alternator was getting wet and causing the charging system to be on straight battery until things dried out.

Mine takes about a second to 2 longer depending on how cold the car is, im on straight e85 is why i was asking. Which is normal for ethanol and cold starting.

Yes I just put E85 on Saturday but have been using the FF tune for about 2 weeks. I did notice that two times that I started the car within 2 hours in the morning, it did have that delay.

However, I did not feel that same delay later in the afternoon. So I'm assuming this is normal for E85 in the morning?

My voltage reading has stayed normal. It usually fluctuates between 14.1 to in the 13's, it never dips below that.
