Car runs Terrible after Build

I just finished a build on my buddies Gen 2 Paxton car and I have a plethora of DTC codes after flashing the tune from Shoemaker performance, narrowed down that I messed up somewhere but I have no idea where if anyone could help me get a general idea I would appreciate.
MODS INSTALLED: OPGS, Crank Sprocket, IDX1050 injectors, Stainless Works 1⅞in long tube headers with high flow cats, IMRC lockout plates, Kennybell Fuel Pump Booster, UPR dual Valve catch can.
