Car not recognising key fobs

Couldn't get into the car today with either key fob. Managed to get in using the manual key, even then the car wouldn't recognise either fob. Put one in the cup holder compartment and managed to start the car and it's currently with the Ford dealer.

Anyone else? Any advice?
