It is fun either way. Just don't laugh too hard at my 13 second passes. Hopefully there will be a few street cars there to play with. I am going to get there around 7 after traffic dies down and the air is cooler.

I'm partial to Maxon Dixon near Hagerstown, little bit of a nicer facility.

What is the elevation difference of mason dixon? I have not been to either.

I've always been partial to MIR. Have run all by best times there throughout the years

Mason Dixon is 550ft above sea level. MIR is 80 ft, Capitol is 300ft.

MIR is definitely the fastest, but I'm much more interested in having a good time. Only time I ever go to MIR is for track rentals which cost $100 to get in. MIR on a T&T is a mess, same with Capitol. Mason Dixon might be most of the time, but the two times I've been there you could literally drive in, paint on your car number, and go run in under 10 minutes.

Another thing is if anyone wants to plan a group trip to the strip it would be great if someone brings a truck to store tools, wheels/tires, maybe even bring a little shade tent. I hate leaving my stuff on the ground hoping no one steals it.

That would be nice. I had avoid experience at the Mir tt but it was during the afternoon on Sunday and it was hot. I like running in the evening. I hope to see you guys at capitol tonight.
