I never received the Canelope tool with my Whipple kit and I've been running a PBD tune through an SCT X4.
Due to CA regs, I need to flash a Whipple tune before it hits a Smog station. (I know there's options.. trying to avoid that.) Whipple's Canelope tool is long gone. I found a Ford Performance Canelope, but supposedly it's locked to Ford software and it won't work with Whipple software.
Anyone here know if this is the case? The FP Canelope seems to be working in Flare.. it reads my VIN and strategy info. I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer.
