Can I Suspension Lift!!

Good day to you all,
I had 295/35/19 Front and 305/35/19 Back tires for the past 4 years of owning my Shelby,
But unfortunately these sizes are not available any more in my Country so I had to change
the tire sizes to 295/30/19 and 305/30/19 respectively.

This slight change made the issue that I am having now; That I slightly touch all speed bumps with the Front Lip ( I have the Original )
Is there any way I can lift the Front Bumper a little bit via a suspension kit ( I already need to change it ), or is there any other solution?

Steeda makes kits for the front and/or rear to lift it up to 1/2 inch
