we do and use the lund cam lope tune all the time.

lund has perfected this tune and is the originator of the cam lope tune.

we do it on manuals, auto's and even supercharged cars

this is our auto car

and here is our auto car during competition, the question always gets asked if you can run it everyday, and our 2014 car we ran the tune all the time, even at national events.

Thanks for posting up Beffcake!

Did your have a converter (torque aka stall speed, not catalytic :D) in it?

Was the driveability like that of a big cam (stalling, bucking, etc.) or did it drive relatively normal?

Thank in advance for the help!

I think that the Big Cam tunes sound cool and are Very neat, and if it can sound like yours and pick up 20 or so horses, then it might be neat to have.......Warranty worries me though too, but that's a whole different thread to start.

By the way, that's a Beautiful looking car you've got there! I Really like the color!

the cam tunes do nothing below 1200rpm, you can sometimes get some quirks in drivability not all cars do, but some do once in a while
the converters drive fine on the cars, our red car had a 2c

How do I get this done is it a plug and play like bama performance?
Do I need to go to a specialty shop? Anyone got a place in VA or MD ?

I know the cam tune is only recommended on catless setups but what are the issues w/cats in place? I'd like to get the tune, but it will be a couple months before I get catless headers.

Any of the top tuners can make you an e-mail cammed tune. There aren't really any special concerns. You can switch it back to a street tune at any time if you don't like it. It is highly advised to remove the stock cats though as they can/will become damaged over time due to raw fuel contamination.

we run the cam tunes all the time, they sound killer, sometimes you can get into some drivability querks, but in general they do pretty good. we typically do not chase drivability issues with the cam tunes, as they are advertised as a "novelty tune" but I personally love them

I have the FRPP Trackey Tune on my 2014 GT and absolutely love it. Sounds great, I have no drivability issues at all. I'll be getting one for the LE when it's available.

For those that don't like the camel tune...don't get it. It's that simple... it really is that simple

Another noob question here.. But if you got the Bama tune and the Lund tune.. How would you combine the two? Would Bama or Lund be able to combine them?

One or the other bro. The Lund tune would be similar to the Bama tune, but with a cammed idle.

It's not a matter of liking or not liking it, it's a matter of going into a mod informed and knowing what to expect.

I think that it's a Cool idea, but not at the cost of effecting driveability.

The track key does sound like the way to go.

Since it's a FRPP, is the warranty still intact? Can you tell a noticeable difference between stock and the Track Key? Does it work on Automatic transmissions too or stick only?

Thanks!

We can do the cam tunes on the autos, manuals, and even super charged autos and manuals

We will be daily driving the cam lope tune as soon as it's finalized.

Lund has two in house coyoted, one ecoboost, plus our car for feedback. Where others are rushing to slap out a tune without extensive testing. Lund will be the best of the best.

Looks Like i'll be waiting for the cam lope tune from Lund. Once it's finazlied please post a video:clap2: I just ordered my 5.0 This past weekend, dealer said Feb Delivery date so im not looking to rush into anything.
Another newb question Lund Racing website says for the tune, but I dont see a package for a tune and tuner device combo. Any req's on a stand alone tuner device?
