Camber bolt torque?

There is plenty of rear camber adjustability available. No new parts needed. I read that there is 2 degrees of adjustability. I dropped mine an inch (well it actually came to about 3/4) and got it aligned to perfect spec.

That's what I thought, based on the design of the holes and the bolt tab, but wasn't completely sure.
