Brake calipers are easy to DIY powder coat at home . Quite a few places to get the products locally . It's easier and cheaper than you may think .
Last time I had powder coating done most places were focused on high volume commercial jobs and quoted very high to make you go away or have a windfall. Eventually I found a shop that also did mostly high volume stuff but would fit small consumer jobs in at very reasonable prices.

I assume you have to take the brakes apart yourself and just give them the bare calipers?
Is there an option where you can have them disassemble and assemble?
FWIW, someone posted pictures of GT350R calipers they ordered from Ford and they had clearly been powder-coated with the seals, etc in them and just masked off. some powder-coating had crept in at the edges of the masking. Maybe Ford has a special low temp powder-coating process that local shops don't do; I think one shop told me they cure at 400f. But it might be worth asking and showing them a pic of the factory ones that were done with the seals and pistons in place. They probably won't out of fear of the unknown if nothing else, but can't hurt to ask. Of course those were virgin with no residual brake fluid hiding inside.
