Hey guys

Strange issue I have found in the last week or so (just fitted a CAI yesterday so I know it's not that haha) is my cabin heat is not working, just blows cold air, so demisting is a challenge shall we say!

All the controls look as if they are working fine, no errors showing but (and I dont know if I am being mental here) the heated seats dont seem to be as "hot" but they do heat (like on setting 1 rather than 3).

Anyone got any ideas? Fuse? Anything I can poke with a stick?

It's pretty "common" I believe it's the evap core, and ford have a TSB to fix it, so it's a warranty jobbie :(!

Its not the evaporator core.
If you set to high and you have no heat its within the control circuit.Either a valve of blend door vents broken.
If you had heat when AC full on that would be evaporator core leak.

That's the ticket. was trying to remember your forum name and gave up when it wouldn't tag, knew you'd had every issue under the sun with your ac

avocet had heating problems within this thread

i used this to ask him a few questions when I had similar problems and to also give feedback when it was found that mine stopped because of a valve.
I would just pop it in to Ford, tell them the problems and fingers crossed it's an easy fix like mine and no dash out like avocet

Thanks so much guys

Will get it into Ford and see what they say but the pointers are really handy and hopefully I can get it resolved asap.
