Hello all,
I have a 2200Sl kit on my car with the bv57 bypass valve. Day before yesterday I was getting on the car a bit and when I was done I noticed the bypass valve had started whistling when under vaccum around 2700 rpms and up. If I stab the throttle and go into boost it goes away, but when I let off I'll get the whoooosh and then some whistling. It has never done this before and it's kinda annoying under normal driving but I'm more concerned that something isnt operating correctly since it never did it before. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the issue and how did you fix it? Thanks for any input.
