buzzing sound

Like some of you, my EB manual shifter makes a buzzing/vibration sound when in first and second gear.The Ford service dept. says there is nothing they can do about it. Has anyone found a way to fix this yet? I dont believe I should have to live with this annoying problem, do you?

Mine makes it in reverse but only like half the time. On my next oil change in going to check everything and make sure nothing's loose but yeah only in reverse... It's freekin weird.
