Buying recommendation

So I am looking to purchase an S550 I’m looking at one with 37k miles that has been slightly modified from the pictures wheels and exhaust for sure. The other car is a 2015 premium with 58k with no modifications. Should I pick one of these or keep looking?

If it's from a dealer look for the 100k certified used warranty. I think looking at something used is a great idea. Those cars are barely broken in.
