Build week not appearing

I have had a vin since 10/30, but I still haven't gotten a build week does anyone know why?

Have you contacted your dealer? They should know the reason why. Could be a hold on materials.

For reference. I got my VIN on 10/23 with a build day of 11/24.

That is normal. It's likely you will see it next week as I am in the exact same situation. Ford Service stated the build week would be the third week of December.

Can you see any other information, like an EDD? I have no build week but it does show a delivery date. I think it might mean my build week is 12/8 :shrug:

Look on your window sticker. At the top it will say something like 120141208 which would be a 12/08/14 blend date.

No, it only has the vin date

I ordered on Aug08. VIN on 10/30. Nothing else on COTUS has changed. No window sticker or EDD. We should see this change next Monday or Tuesday.

But you have seen changes. You got a VIN, and it's barely been two months since you ordered. Take a look at my original order, as it currently stands. Pay special attention to the Order Date, and how, other than the VIN, nothing has changed on it in over five months:

Someone just posted in another thread by StangNut that he was just told Ford is not pulling any more orders for the month of December.

No idea if this is true but thought I would share as this could be the issue.

I ordered that order on June 20 and got pissed because I was at the end of October and hadn't received a VIN yet, so I placed another order with a different dealer. That order with the second dealer -- ordered at the end of October -- is scheduled for delivery 12/15. First ordered still hasn't been pulled for production.

I see but how is your order going to arrive then if it hasn't yet moved from order processing ? Looks doubtful imo :shrug:
