POJ 1 What options and colors did you choose? Something you chose must be in short supply.

I placed my order last week, and got a VIN, sticker, and blend date earlier this week. Got an ETA today. I placed the order 9/16. ETA is 10/10. I'm happy it is moving along so fast....I just hope the car doesn't have any issues when it arrives. I've got to stop reading about the problems people are having.....I've gotten almost as worried/nervous as I am excited.

Its Magnetic, manual, hardtop, we got no interior options, all NZ and Australian cars are black leather, no 401a options, bliss etc. We get most of the performance pack but not all (excludes extra gauges and 1-2 other things) but remember they are all rhd and I think being assembled for shipping deadlines mainly as the 1st boatload leaves Baltimore somewhere mid October.
They are also all sync 2 so they really are spec'd like pre August shutdown vehicles and we also get the white tail lights as for Europe and the UK
RHD was a real game changer for us, especially if you use it as a daily driver (which I will)
Due here late Nov, not long to go now!
Cheers

Ahh, over seas and RHD. That is why it is so slow compared to a domestic build.

I'm just sad I don't get the opportunity to cut the umbilical cord...

My wife is sick of hearing about the car. I'm stopping on my way home from work to pick up a birthday cake for the Mustang. I'm going to drive her nuts!

Nice! My wife is the same, but now she is numb to the whole thing. I don't even get a reaction anymore. She is now just as excited for my car as me. She thinks I'm going to sleep in my car when it gets here.

I've seen some guys say they have found their actual build dates....how would we find that? The blend date on my sticker reads "120150928" but I understood that to mean it would be built sometime this week, but not the exact date. Am I reading that wrong?

Nah, I think I started that rumor. The number at the top of your window sticker is the specific date they're shooting to build our cars on. I just thought mine was an approximation because it was on a Monday.

Same for my wife. Now I have to start talking about all of the mods I'm going to buy to a get a rise out of her. :D
