Breaking up in higher boost/rpm

Update: widened the gap a bit on the plugs and checked all my vacuum lines with no luck. I tried turning it up just to see and the car won’t make more than 10psi. Gonna be swapping coils and doing a crank relearn today to see if that does anything. Any input I’m even more confused now since the car won’t make more than 10psi.
