This morning while letting my car warm up I noticed the brake lights weren't on even though my foot was on the pedal from when I started the car. I can see the lights reflect off the garage door at night. My foot is resting on the pedal but no real pressure. Anymore pressure than that and the lights come on.
Skip to Iām driving to work and Iām coming up to a stop light. Same thing. I don't see my lights on in the grille of the truck behind me unless I really press the brake pedal. Do I just need a new position sensor? I don't want to have to always boot my brake pedal to get the lights to turn on so I dont get rear ended.
