Brake Fluid Reservoir Hose

I noticed that the hose for the brake fluid reservoir does not seem to be fully seated over the nipple where it connects. I can't push it on any further because there is no slack in the hose. It also seems like the hose is putting additional force on the nipple with the way it is installed. Anyone else notice this and do you think it's a concern? Thanks

I think that is a clutch fluid hose. My auto doesn't even have it.
