Over the last month I've had to refill the brake fluid reservoir on my '17 EB/PP twice, with no external leakage visble from underneath the car. It wasn't until this afternoon that I was staring at a black spot on the driver side carpet, then touched and smelled it that I realized where the missing brake fluid was going.
My guess is is the master/clutch cylinder. It's the only thing that comes to mind given where the fluid is ending up. Dropped it off at the dealership this afternoon. The cars at about 41k miles, so bumper-to-bumper is gone, but I reckon this is something that powertrain could/should cover? Not only that, but brake fluid is corrosive to paint, and aside from underneath the carpet, I don't wanna imagine how much this has spread.
Actually the dealer called me a couple minutes ago, said the "clutch was leaking", which I take as the clutch cylinder.
