We are making a silicone charge pipe/shorty intake combo that minimizes bends and puts the intake on the passenger side of the vehicle. Our system will have an integral bov plate, on a map sensor car there is no need or benefit to recirculating. The best place for a BOV is as close to the compressor as possible as its primary function is to eliminate the pressure to keep the compressor wheel spinning, having it pre-intercooler also allows the charge to stall in the intercooler allowing extra cooling to occur...I'm curious to why no company has made charge pipes with the BOV relocated to cold side. It makes no sense as to why you would want to recirculate hot air back into the intake.
