Planning on the following mods on my new 2015 gt convertible.
Custom tune by CRT in Norwalk, OH.
gT 350 intake and TB
CAI , not set on manufacturer
Borla cat back touring exhaust.
My question is other then sound with these changes how much improvement in hp power will the exhaust add?
If add Borla long tube headers and reduce down to the touring cat back is that offering any improvement over just a cat back set up?
If I go with long tube headers and Borla 3" s type exhaust how much power would that build with this set up?
My wife does not want a loud car and stock is okwith the top down to her, not enough rumble for me:D

Same as the CAI, the last thing a catback is going to give you after sound and weight savings is any appreciable amount of HP/TQ. You'd need a dyno session to measure it. The butt dyno might say differently but those two mods for HP/TQ on these cars are pretty worthless in real world application.

Go with a tune and a Roush axle-back muffler kit. You'll get decent HP gain from the tune, and the axle-backs will give you more rumble than stock, without blowing your wife's eardrums out. If you want to save some weight in addition to getting a louder exhaust noise, keep the stock mufflers but swap out the resonator for an H- or X-pipe.

Headers will add HP as well as more noise, but will cost the most out of the options you listed. Plus, they will also require a tune, adding to the overall cost.

I have the s type and long tubes. Sounds awesome but its loud. If I was doing it again I would have done the headers first and probably would have picked the touring exhaust if I wanted more from there.
