I get 21.3 psi peak, i am suspecting a boost leak, i tightened all the clamps but not sure if it could be elsewhere.

What should the boost be on a stock ecoboost and what can I get it to with a middle ground tune?

Stock with tune you might see 21psi peak but it probably won't hold over 19.

According to Motor Trend on the stock ECU you will max out around 18 psi. With a conservative tune such as the OTS Cobb tune sustained boost is about 20 psi with temporary peaks of 24.5 psi.

On Tune+ Texas weather this season I peak about 24.4-24.8 or so on e30, on 93 I get 22.2. It all changes of course when we hit Winter weather.
