Body panels...Yikes

I recently got a 2015 GT Prem /PP and absolutely love this car...This is the 3rd mustang I have owned over the years and I am completely blown away on how it drives and handles (Traded in a 14 Challenger RT)..Anyways after the excitement of owning this car I have really started to notice that the body panels on my car have some serious alignment issues...Dont get me wrong the car is gorgeous and the paint is flawless ...but there are some strange gaps with the lower portion of the doors/fenders and hood. My question is :
Has anyone taken there car back to the dealership with these issues and if so what can be done?
In all honesty I can absolutely I can live with these imperfections but was curious to see if anything can be done.

Many more threads like that one. Some have decent panel alignments, and others don't. Hit and miss.

I'm convinced Stevie Wonder assembled my car. My previous 2 cars were BMW & Toyota and there is a world of difference. Love the car, but they need to revisit how they put these things together.
