I don't remember where I got it, but it was less than $15 delivered, so super cheap. Mine has the MS/HS switch, but I don't mind. It's just a cable, but that's all you need for FORScan. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I got the license and the adapter, would you mind sharing what the process is for the reset. I read up on the tutorials online and have a basic understanding of the overall process to make changes, but couldn't find anything specific to the bms reset.

Unless they have updated the interface since I used it last, along the left side there are "tabs" for different functions. Once connected to the car, there is one called test procedures (or something to the effect). It is in there, you select it and run it.

It has been a while since I used it so I might be a little off without hooking up and walking myself through it again.

Thanks, I will check it out.

Under the wrench menu, you'll see it there. Can't miss it. Let us know.
Yes, it worked perfectly, thanks. I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the process and setting up Forscan was.

So, ever since the battery change, the backup camera no longer works. It says camera not available. Any ideas what's going on and what I can do?

Some on this forum have said that (for some model years) the wires in the trunk are just a little too short and get stressed when opening and closing.

You can try to give them a wiggle and see if it changes anything. My camera randomly acts up a little here and there, but has always come back on its own within a short while (within the same reversing maneuver or before the next one). It hasn't gotten bad enough for me to bother trying to fix it.

To add ... the wires are in the big wiring harness that goes between the trunk lid and the trunk opening on the RH front area of the trunk opening. When you open the trunk lid is that wiring harness getting stressed when the trunk lid is all the way open (ie, too tight, not enough slack)?

The camera started working again, weird. I did check the wires and they are indeed a bit taut when the trunk is open, they should have given it a slight bit more slack.

Yeah, unfortunately it seems the only real fix it to cut the wires and extend them so they have more slack... Now you can see why I haven't fixed yet and probably won't bother until it gets really bad.

The wire harness slack on my 2015 seems adequate, not tight at all when the trunk is opened. Wonder if the wiring harness can be moved around from where ever it's tied down along the way it routed to gain some more loop slack - ??

I'm sure you should be able to find a bit of slack on the harness. I'll check my car tomorrow, before a problem arises. Same thing with the AE valve wiring; it can be too close to the sheetmetal behind the right-side valve, and it eventually peels the wires off, shorting them, and causing all kinds of mayhem. They were fine on my car. Oh, the clutch like is too tight as well. Had to add 2 zipties to it, to prevent it from leaking, and dislodging itself.
