So yes I have done a ton of reading and searched but couldn’t quite find a definite answer, has anyone run the cb005 and switched to running the cb762 with the cb010 and noticed a huge difference? Any help is appreciated!

The CB010 is a subset of the CB005, and there is no need to remove any part of the CB005 to install the CB762.

If you already have the CB005 that's really enough. Getting the deflection out of the suspension is the next thing you should do via the BK081 or BK055 rear LCA bearings. The car hooks up far better.

Yea def plan on going with lca bearings, shock mounts, sp083 springs with the ford track shocks and struts, bmr front sway bar and the Steeda bump steer kit and see how it feels after that, just want an all around fun car to drive

You're on the right path with that list!
