Has anybody ever blown their factory resonator out? I didn’t even think this was possible.

What makes you think that the resonator is "Blown out"?

I ah r hi flow cat

I have high flow cats. I also have an easy lift so it’s easy to check and I use a mechanic's stethoscope and that MF has a rattle lol
I'd bet that one or both of your cats came apart, and sent a chunk down the exhaust into the resonator.

Get a cheap bore scope from Amazon, and remove your 02 sensors and look inside to see if the cats are intact.

I have this one, it works great.

No I checked that even looked down the pipe. I bought the switch fire. I’m going to take that thing apart just to see lol 😂

There is nothing in the SwitchFire to come apart. It's just tubing.

Or are you saying that the factory resonator is making noise, and you have the SwitchFire to replace it?
