I want to get a after market lower grille, just wondering if it possible to remove the engine block heater as it is in the way

I didn't know. Do we really have electric block heaters on the gt. I would have used it this past winter a few times if I known how lol.

Don't see why not. It's just a cord that hangs out of the grille.

I threw my cord inside the belly pan, since it's ugly!

yes it unplugs, replaced my lower grill that comes with block heater car.
Cost $90 for new grill that matches top,dealer installed for $100.,pretty
Reasonable considering they had to remove front clip to install.
