Eastwood Radiator Black

Ok, looks like that's the go to paint if I decide to. Any idea how difficult it would be to go back to polished if it started chipping/ not looking as good.

I had a had been thinking of that that too. I would think you'd be able to spray it with some paint remover and flush it from the backside (I only painted the front of mine. Or soak it in a tank of acetone? I'm sure there is some google info on stripping a radiator. No clue how "stripped" you could get it though.

That's a good point too. My straight geared procharger will be quite audible.

I think if you want it to look good and last with some performance enhancement. I'd do Cerakote. It's used for firearms and for reducing temps on parts that produce heat. http://www.cerakotehightemp.com/gallery/detail/1699/Cerakote-C187-Transfer-Grey/

You guys want a VERY light coat on these intercoolers. Remember their function is to transfer heat via convection. Any insulating barrier on the aluminum will be detrimental to cooling.
