Best tune for Automatic

we are hoping to be in the low 8's come mod nationals in 2 weeks with our lund tune.

no hidden spray or anything like alot of other tuners use.

it really doesn't get any better than lund, as their largest dealer and having s197s and s550's that we have piloted into the 8 second range we def have first hand experience

I think you could ask lund or livernois to see if they can do that.

part of that problem though is that is built into the sport mode calibration by ford. the tuners are simply editing existing tables. not sure if you can actually pull out the whole rev match downshift engine braking that's built into S mode.

I don't mind it except when it goes 3-2 downshift when i'm only going 20ish mph. makes me look like a douchebag.

Lund specifically told me they do not adjust sport mode options.

Getting kind of annoyed with constantly being told no by Lund but reading that other tuners willing to personalize tuning options for owners.

What's the point of free updates for life of the tuning device if you're unwilling to actually make updates or changes.

Whats the primary benefit of a canned tune vs a dyno tune, other than it cost less?

LUND flex tune. I upgraded GT350 manifold/LU 47 injectors/JLT. I have an auto and it pulls great.

Not my s550 but my 2014 GT went two tenths faster from the transmission tuning alone with stock engine tune. Tested at the track same day, before/after trans tune loaded.
That was actually just a Diablo Intune tune.
