Hey guys! I’m interested in getting everyone’s opinion on LTH. I have a 2017 with a stage 1 Roush supercharger running the Corsa Sport catback system with stock headers. I’m in the process of upgrading to the stage 2, as well as changing out the injectors, throttle body and adding a JLT cold air intake. I’m looking for suggestions on long tube headers that would complement my Corsa system. Originally I was thinking to go with a high flow cat system, but am hearing I could potentially burn the cats up. On the other side I’m hearing no cats could create a lot of drone, heavy fuel smell, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I went with the kooks w/green cats. I know there are better cats out there in regards to durability... but the kits has work good for me so far. They’re technically guaranteed to 850hp per bank with a 2 year warranty. Now I don’t for a second think they can live up to that claim, but few could test it...

I’ve heard about the green cats from kooks. Don’t know much about the company, but something to definitely look into. Thanks!

I have TSP LTH no Cats: Obviously no cats is loud, and it has more of the scavenging noise when you roll off. Yes I smell more fuel, but I smelled fuel before since I am SC. I would suggest buying a Catted version since you have a super loud exhaust already. It still may be too loud with them. I had to buy a new exhaust because it's VERY loud.

You will need a resonator and some good mufflers to have a drone free experience.

I guess I’m not too concerned about it being loud and emissions isn’t a concern either....well I take that back. If I had the Corsa Extreme and went with catless LTHs then it would be a no go because of the noise level. I was originally going to go with catted ARH, but after talking to a few friends, tuners and reading reviews, those that are F/I should run a catless setup. I did see this YouTube video with the ARH catless LTH with the Corsa Sport and IMO it sounded pretty good. Tough choice...at least for me. I don’t want to make the wrong decision, especially when it’s not a 30 min install.

I thought you had a Corsa Extreme. I didn't read. The reason why they want you to get rid of cats is the backpressure. It will lower EGTs as well. in the vid it didn't seem to done too much either. I should be getting my Magnaflow Street installed with the Catless LTH and active exhaust soon. I'll post up when it's done,.

Yeah thats exactly what the tuners said. Definitely post a video when it’s done, would love to hear what it sounds like.

I have 2 3in hi flow cats at the house. They are some weird wave mesh I can see clear the dang thing. I dunno if it actually works.

ARH makes a direct connect set of LTH to mate with your Corsa system in both catted and off road. High quality and fit is great. The sports sound great with LTH, much better than the Xtreme imo.

Kooks FTW! Mine are catless and I added a resonator in place of the Xpipe on my Ford Racing (by Borla) Extreme catback and have no drone. With the Xpipe, it was obnoxious and uncontrollably loud. The resonator allows complete control of volume via throttle input.

I would highly suggest going with a catless setup honestly, like stated above, there are a ton of benefits for going that route. We also have Stainless Works ready to go on the shelf which is a great set of headers as well. Let me know if you have any questions. Lethalperformance.com

Well I have an exhaust on there with said headers already but it's honestly too much for me. When you have a fast car you don't need to be loud. Just be fast.

I did post up where my camera got jello pulses from a cold start.
