Best full exhaust set up for a procharged V6?

From headers to mufflers, what is the best I can do for performance? I've been looking at a borla cat back then adding long tube headers, but I'm not super sure what the best set up would be.

Hmm Borla sounds about right. BBK long tubes, intake throttle , tune ?

I have seen many stick with shorty headers when they are pro-charged. Not quite sure why but there might be something to it. I would ask pro charger what they would suggest in terms of headers.
