I ordered a Griptech 3.75" Blower pulley for my Stage 2 kit which came with a 3.85" on my 19 GT PP1. I dont think the belt comes with their pulley.
Thanks

The belt for the 3.875” pulley will work. You just need to adjust the sliding idler pulley slightly. I run the belt that came with my stage 2 kit from the 3.875” pulley down to the 3.25” pulley.

I was thinking that but wanted to make sure so I don't get in a bind looking for a belt. I'm glad to see it will fit even smaller pulleys. Thank you for your help

There’s a t-nut that has the bolt hole offset that locates the sliding idler pulley.

If you simply flip the offset of the bolt hole it moves it just enough to go from the 3.875” to the 3.75” pulley.

Post number 4 in this thread has some details about it.

That damn T nut…kicked my ass.

‘How much more power can you expect from that pulley?

Whipple said somehow the line-arrow wasn't stamped. They said to set tension between 80%-85%. So, the tensioner from rest state to full tension is 10 lines. So each line is 10%. With the belt T nut idler tensioner maxed out, the spring loaded tensioner rest at 80%. So that's done.

Each pulley increment is worth about 20 hp on e85 or 15 on gasoline.
Interesting. My 93 tune will be a safe tune, knock sensors, IAT etc. Then I plan to switch
To E85 late spring once the bugs are run out.

I think Whipple recommends to stay away from the RPM belts. They don't give at all and it can end up causing belt jumping and snapping issues.
