BCM Wire Removal Issues

I am trying to remove some wires on my 2021 Mustang GT BCM connector. Having issues removing/pushing out the wires for an install I am working on. Is there something like clip that is preventing me from completely removing the wire out? Video below of what this installer did and made it look so damn easy?
