So, I have been installing my BBK Long tube headers for the last couple days (only get to work at the shop for a couple hours at a time after getting off work). After getting the driver side on and then the passenger side on, I lowered the engine back down on the mounts and the passenger side header is resting on the stud of the motor mount damper (so much so that I can't get the nut on the stud). Is it possible the engine shifted over while it was jacked up? Anyone else have this issue?
Also, I ended up using my original exhaust manifold studs because the hardware kit they sent me had ten bolts (5 course thread and 5 fine thread) The finer thread bolts were the ones I needed. The instructions said to compare the threads because there is a difference between the 14's and 15's. That is fine, except they only sent half of the ones I needed.
And to top it all off, the Oxygen sensor extender harness they sent me doesn't fit our sensors. This after waiting four months of being on backorder for production. I expected this to be somewhat a pain, because of regular issues with space that comes with installing headers, but not all this.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
