Hello everyone, I’am new to the Mustang world as I recently got my 2020 Mustang GT. I installed a Magna Flow Competition Cat back exhaust and a CAI. I came across the BBK throttles and considering on installing one due to no tuning is required. My question for this thread is, does anyone have any experience with any of these throttles (90mm/85mm)? Are they worth the money? And do they really make a difference in performance? Thank You

Don't do it! With my BBK throttle body, I have a few drivability issues such as surging and bucking that didn't happen with the stock throttle body. Plus, they say no tune required... That's crap. Of course you'll need a tune.

There is nothing wrong with the stock throttle body. It isn't a bottleneck and an aftermarket throttle body won't net you any gains, just heartache. I'd either stick with your current mods and be done or go straight to a tune and maybe E85 or long-tube headers.

+1. Skip the TB and tune for headers and e85 if available in your area. E85 tune by itself is by far the best bang for your buck. TB won't help and as stated likely will cause driveability issues unless it's the one included with the FP kit, pretty sure that's the only one people have not had issues with but also doesn't really help performance like the other suggestions.

Cradle bushings lockout kit probably a better option imo.

From what I read the 90 will require a tune but the 85 does not. With that being said I went with the 85 with my Cai. I followed the instructions after install and have had zero issues. As for its effect, I'd say its minimal. The throttle does feel more responsive and exceleration seems smoother. I'd say there is no power gain. But because of the crispness and smoothness of the throttle it does give the feeling of more power.
