'Base' 2017 Model turn signal question

All,

Does the base '17 model (ie no convenience or electronics pack) have turn signals in the wing mirrors? I assume that the answer is no, since the signals are listed as extras in both packs.

If no is correct, does anyone know if they can be easily added, or would replacing the wing mirrors be a possibility?

I'm just guessing here, but it probably lacks the wiring for the signals in the mirrors as well.
