Bad Fuel pump?

Hopefully someone can help me out but I’ve been having issues with my car, it seems like it’s getting worse little by little. Ever since I tuned it e85 and installed corsa headers & catback I’ve been noticing some issues. My car isn’t as loud from 1st-5th gear you can sometimes barely hear it if it’s already warmed up, idk like I guess the car isn’t as loud as it should be but when I step on it after 2k rpmit will scream lol
but when I’m cruising its like at the end of each gear the rpms will rise up and you’ll barely hear it at the beginning of each gear until towards the end it revs a little loud for about a second or 2 then switches gear

I also noticed that the car will sometimes rev just a lil on its own like if I were to give it some gas suddenly while cruising it won’t react at the moment I give it gas it will react like a second late on its own and it didn’t do that when it was stock

also on neutral if I want to show off a little bit and rev the engine it wont go passed 4K rpms

For the loudness. Cars on E85 are quieter than on regular fuel and you also probably got used to the loudness.

And automatics have a 4k rev limiter while parked.
