A couple weeks ago the rear panel on the trunk was replaced. After getting my car back the backup camera was stuck on zoom mode. Can't figure a way to get it out of zoom. The + and - are on the screen when I backup but they don't do anything. The backup camera turns on when put in reverse and appears to be working normal, except being constantly zoomed in.

Reviewed the manual and searched the internets. Only found cats and memes.

Trying to avoid scheduling time at the dealer. Anyone know of a fix to this issue or point me in the right direction?

The rear camera is part of the service replacement back panel. The camera needs to be configured to work properly. The panel is simple to change, so the tech did not use shop manual to do the work, so he missed the step to configure the dealer. You need the service scan tool to do this, so take it back to the dealer. Refer him the the shop manual procedure for the back panel, last step tells him how to configure the camera.
