Backseat lighting options?

Any aftermarket options for adding lighting to the rear seat area? The two little map lights up front don't do anything for the back.

There are some strip LED lights you can purchase meant for backlighting TV centers, you could right them up if you find a nice set and usethe accompanying remote

What are your rear passengers doing other than contortions?
Maybe some surface mount LED tap lights. Many are very discreet,battery powered, and you won't need any wiring.
