I just purchase 2015 ROUSH Axle Back exhaust systems and have installed. Big sound difference idling and basic driving. The first time I got into throttle was in track mode and ran great. The second time I was in sports mode and throttle in around 30 mph and it sound like it backfired and lost power, but did regain consciousness. Questions: is this normal or is there a solution?

That's never happened to me? Don't know how that could be due to the mufflers.

There is no way an axle back exhaust causes a problem like that unless inside the pipe is clogged or someone played an early April fools joke on you and stuck a potato at the exhaust tip! There is a popping sound when you shift at high rpm's but thats normal. Also i like the fact that the exhaust gargles when you release your foot of the gas and slow down with gears!

It's possible you hit a bump or shifted that triggered the knock sensors. My '11 would trigger the knock sensor while shifting occassionally under part throttle.
