as i said - my observations from when i was driving kids to and from school in my S197.There is a distinct loss of headroom in the 2015 as compared to the S197 as I experienced it. I can not sit in the back seat of the 2015 without dropping my head, whereas I can sit in the back of my 2010. The seat width and leg room is comparable to my 2010, but I forsee the back seat in the new car really usuable for people 5'9" and shorter. It really would depend on your torso and overall height, of course. I am 6'2" by the way.
This is definitely a change caused by the fastback roofline in this new car.
i don't have that responsibility anymore so, they could have left out the back seat all together. God knows, there was never enough room in the back seat of a mustang for the old lady and i to fool around.
