Definitely up for a live compare though, very interested to hear the Magnaflow in person! Hope Greg gets to see/hear one before buying, it's an important decision when it comes to the Ecoboost. A GT sounds good no matter what you chuck on it ;)

As for storage, my OE system is strung up against my fence in my back garden under a tarp... don't have a garage or even a shed at the moment :doh: you guys are lucky!!

I'm debating with my garage (my actual two car garage) as to where i'll be putting the exhaust, the upper part of it is chocked full of decorating crap and other stuff... might be a rearranging job!

Bit the bullet on Saturday & ordered Magnaflow cat back street system (rather than competition system) as drive with roof down a lot of the time & thought that competition may have been a bit much. Also ordered Airraid cold air intake system. Should be with me in a couple of days- big thanks to Guy at Nemesis. Just now need to get it fitted!

By the looks of things my COMPETITION exhaust should be here Tuesday (Was at Parcelforce depot Friday, expecting tomorrow delivery as sorting and sending to local depot would be todays task for them).

Fortunatley not, I have my mechanic mate coming to fit it for me. Jacking the car up, under some stands and then begins the fun !

Me on my own, probably wouldn't be done until next year.

Glad you picked a system Greg, you won't be disappointed I'm sure. It'll sound great between that and the CAI! Make sure you upload some videos, would love to hear the two together!!

Me too. I still have bits to fit but been waiting on my mates trolley jack so we can remove the wheels, fit the led bulbs & red brake callipers. Still also trying to find someone to apply my red light stickers. At least dealer fitted my front grills & deck lid before delivery s not now completely standard! Also check out my new engine cover post!

For the ecoboost platform - I highly recommend Solo Performance Catback or Turboback!
I just got mine! I have heard from others that the sound is in-between the Magnaflow street & competition - which is exactly what I was after while maintaining a deep tone.
