Knowing what I know about Twin Cities area roads, I'd say your shakedown driving proved things out well beyond a doubt. You might get your wish for snow later this weekend.

As for the boost, my first thought is turbos, followed closely by centrifugal. But with the front end pulling, I don't think it will matter much if there's a little more bottom end so a PD (Whipple?) would be fantastic also. Hope that helps.

In the video you mention the bmr motor mounts being too stiff and feeling vibration through the steering wheel. I just wanted to chime in and say I have the same mounts (on an obviously none awd mustang haha) and have no noticeable vibration issues. I use to be able to feel the motor vibrating through my seat when I first got them but if I remember that went away pretty fast.

Maybe just because you have done so much it transfers more vibrations? Not sure just wanted to give you some more info.

I have actually made more progress on the car than this video suggests, but I like having the videos cover one basic topic rather than jumping around.

I am also working on swapping out the motor mounts to improve the NVH and getting some boost.

To try and save some weight, I am getting a tubular front crossmember too

If you watch the last video to the end, I reveal what I ended up going with to up the power of the car.
