wasn’t sure which section would be best for this question, but anyone familiar with or know best how to describe the Stack gauges that AutoMeter sells? Or also the Spek-Pro series. These have some cool features that I could use but don’t know much about them.

Had to look those up, pretty cool. I've used a lot of autometer gauges but not those particular ones. From what I can tell it's a multi display gauge? If that's what you are looking for also check out the aeroforce interceptors. I did a bunch of research on multi display gauges with warning lights before I got them and they seemed to have the most features/best reviews. I have them on my FI mustang and they are cherry. 2 gauges with 2 displays each that hook into your obd. Can display all the pids you would use for data logging. You can program both high and low warning lights on the display data points. I use the top gauge warning light for rpm (shift light) and the bottom for knock (i have it light up if there is any positive knock). I've had them for a couple years now with no issues. The data points populate faster than your cars display, i.e. the rpm shift light on interceptors will actuate quicker and more accurately than just looking at the tach on the dash. As far as distributors go, I got mine from lethal performance. I put a quick vid on youtube so you could see them. Warning light is set at 2000rpm just to help get a visual of what it looks like.
