Automatic Clunk

Hey everyone. On my 2015 V6 the automatic tranny is super weird. First of all, there is a strong delay in shifting from park to reverse, or any shift in general. Sometimes, I'll put the car in reverse, press the gas and the car won't move, until then it catches the gear and then moves. Its so weird. Also, anytime I use the shifter there's a weird clunk. Ive read some posts on this but no real solutions yet. Anyone have any input on this? Is this normal for the S550? Or do I need to take it in? Iv'e been just shifting and waiting for the transmission to catch before pressing the gas and it seems okay but I want to make sure nothing is wrong.

there's a big thread about this exact thing. not sure where you searched, there are several people that posted solutions (dealer replaced trans output flange)
